Cassidy news:
Swizz Beatz says his friend Cassidy should be out of prison in less than two months and have a new album out by the summer. "ASAP," Swizz said earlier this week about when Cass wants to start recording again. "He said he wants 200 beats. When he's in the shower, he wants to hear a beat. When he's playing with his son, he wants to hear a beat. He wrote so much stuff when he was in [jail]. He has a lot of explaining to do to his fans. He has a lot of stuff to get off his chest."

Thats good. 200 beats.

And for those that have not grabbed it.

Killa Season Bootleg. Its not real. So don't get tthat excited, millions of these floated around for Purple Haze. This is a collection of material he has released post Purple Haze. Its really good though. So check up on it.

I'm going to Lil Wayne tomorrow. So this just makes sense, its a stretch. New Juvenile.

The Doctor's Advocate

Sorry for the lack of action this weekend (I will make up for it with 2 hot tracks here). Whoever threw up that massive thought on Cam and Jay below (see comments to previous post) is on some real shit. That is straight focused.

I was flippin through the new XXL (you know the one with Killa on the cover), they list the most anticipated albums of the year. Cam is number 3 and this is what they had to say about that.

Cam'RonAlbum Ttile: Killa Season

Thats good news.

Number one you would never guess. Above Nas, Outkast (Cam was above Outkast). Was Chuck Taylor aka The Game. There was this real gully lookin picture of him that went along with it. It was enough to get me real pumped here.

Skateboard Jay?

Don't hate:

Pharell and Jay Z - Its Obvious

I know its hard. But its kinda easy when its not as hot as "Frontin"

First Cassidy and now Young Buck. Young Buck innocent. Nice work guys. Boss was going over the best stabbers in the game with me. I'm glad he shares the same opinion, the best stabber is for sure Young Buck.

More Later.

Press Conference.

Pictures of Cam from today. Sorry I couldn't get these up earlier. No homo but Cam is wearing Roc boxers in the first picture. Jay can say whatever he wants, but even if Cam didn't release a track that alone destroys Jay. Nice work Killa. See bottom couple of pictures and just marvel at how nice the "A" chain Juelz dangles is. Makes me wanna throw rice up on him. Oh and real quick. Cassidy is free of muder charges, looks like 11 months to 23. He will be out in a year. Already looking forward to that release in '07. More tomorrow on Cas.

Down With The Dips

Both Cam and Jay spoke today:

Cam'ron held a press conference today (January 25) to address the Jay-Z beef and announce plans for his Diplomats crew.

During the event, held at New York's Tribeca Cinemas, the Dipset capo said that he may be fined because his release from Def Jam stipulated that he couldn't dis Def Jam or any of its figures. Under the agreement, Cam could be fined $100,000 every time he negatively mentions the label.

However, that didn't seem to stop the Harlem native of making light of Hov's recent signing of Nas.

"I think that's a good move for Jay-Z," Cam'ron said. "If anybody can bone somebody's baby mother and bring them on stage to give them five, [then] you look good. It makes Jay-Z look hardcore."

Cam kept the sarcasm coming, denying that he was intimate with Beyonce before and stressing that Hov was in love with Charli Baltimore.

"A lot of people thought it [Lance "Un" Rivera stabbing] was about a bootleg CD," Cam explained. "It was about Charli Baltimore. He love her."

Since the dis has been released, Cam has hinted that he's ready to go 15 rounds with President Carter. However, there may be no need. Hov has revealed that he doesn't plan on retaliating yet. If he refuses to respond, Cam'ron says he's not likely to drop the other records.

"At the end of the day, I'm not gonna keep beating up on an old man," Cam mocked.

Upon being asked if he spoke to 50 Cent or expected to collaborate with the rapper, Cam quickly replied, "No, no.. Next."

Cam'ron also addressed recent reports about Juelz Santana getting into an altercation with a Def Jam employee, word is Santana is not allowed in the building.

"He got a month off because of a little incident," Cam remarked. Cam also denied that Juelz was being dropped from Def Jam.

Cam also took the opportunity to announce the releases of his Killa Season album and movie as well as releases from JR Writer, Hell Rell, Duke The God, Juelz and Jim Jones. The rapper is also launching a new web site, killacam.net, which will feature a video show.

And Jay's response:

Not Over

Diplomat Records CEO Cam'ron will hold a press conference on Wednesday, Jan. 25 to discuss the current feud his record aimed at Def Jam president Jay-Z, his new album and upcoming movie.

Members of his Diplomats Crew, Juelz Santana, Jim Jones, JR Writer, and Hell Rell will also be joining Cam'ron.

At the press conference, Cam'ron will reveal his reasons for speaking out against Jay-Z on his track, "Gotta Love It."

"The last straw was that station down the dial [Power 105 and] he supposed to ["declare war"], where he is supposed to be dissing everybody he had a problem with," he recently told Miss Jones, DJ Envy and the Hot 97 morning show. "So you know leading up to the concert, I got Dame calling me like, 'He's trying to get old footage of you of when you and Jim got jumped and he's trying to find Jim's Catholic school pictures.' So leading up to this concert, we had to get on point, you dig? I don't know whatever he was looking for, you ain't gonna find it."

The Harlem-bred rapper will also discuss the future plans of his popular crew, The Diplomats.

Cam'ron was shot last October in Washington DC after attending a nightclub during Howard University's homecoming.

On the track "Gotta Love It," Cam'ron implies his assailants were supporters of Roc-A-Fella Records.

During the press conference, Cam'ron will show clips of his upcoming film, "Killa Season." "Killa Season" marks the rapper's directorial debut and is slated for an April release.

The Diplomat CEO will also preview tracks from his highly anticipated upcoming album, also titled Killa Season.

Hova Ova.

Did it ever really start? Jay was on 106 and Park yesterday. He said he doesn't beef with children. This was the route that some predicted. Jay would bow out "grown man style." Thats all good, the mix tape is still going to hit the streets Feb 16th.

Until then, Still Listen To Gangsta Music will resume things as they were around here.
Thanks for the good times Cam.

Chancletas. Thats the best.

The Cam and Jay tracks (one last time) until Feb 14th:

Chancletas, King of New York?

Maybe Jay hasn't done anything beacuse he was too busy signing Nas to DefJam. People are going to love the fact that Nas' newest album is also expected to contain a collaboration between Jay-Z and Nas. For real, both these cats are so 10 years ago. This is like when I got so excited when Scott Hall and Kevin Nash (Razon Ramon and Diesel) came into the WWF as the NWO. The whole time I knew they were way too old to do anything, but I was pumped anyway. Fool me once, never a second time.

I do have two new interviews from Bad Boy radio. Enjoy these.

Part 1.

Part 2.

Since I do have a responsibilty to tell a story that is not biased. I have to post this track. I'm not sure what the story is. It for sure isn't a track by Jay. I guess "Swagger Jacker" wasn't really by Cam. I had that track on my computer for over a year. Cam yappin over it makes it way better though. So now I guess Jay has the same kind of track to use for Cam.

I will be honest I was a little surprised that Cam was going so hard on this whole "biting" bit because I do know that he is guilty of the same. As this track will show.

Camron - I don't Write Shit

I didn't post scores Saturday or Sunday. Its starting to look like Jay isn't going to do anything.

The Nas signing is interesting because shows both of them being hypocritical. So I think thats enough reason to give Cam the weekend points. If Cam doesn't do anything today this "I don't Write Shit" track might be enough to give Jay his first point.

Score:
Camron 4
Jay-Z 0

It's Killa Season Here It Comes

I know its still early, I just wanted to get these new dips tracks on here. I have NO news regarding Camron and Jigga. I do have some new tracks.

Before I get to these tracks I do want to say that it was nice that what the city of LA did for the Wallace family today. A little too late, but at least its something.

Dips are rushin out into the streets now. Holy shit when did Agallah sound so fuckin mean and the beat posts up as an anthem. Seriously Jay, do you really want people like Agallah going against the Roc. Agallah is the ace in the hole. He is rappin about someone here, it could be Jay.

"your man's a fuckin pussy and your his tampoon"

Bezel tracks down here sounds fierce too. Maybe even Shiest Bub could take on Jay.

I am really feelin these JR tracks off his record. Thats it.

JR Writer - Grill Em' (First Single off his record)

Agallah and Ike Eyez - On My Fuckin' Grind

Bezel - Get That Bread

Bezel and Sparks - Party

As soon as something happens I will be all over it. I am not going to post the score yet, but every day this goes unanswered Cam scores another point.

Score will be posted later.

How Much Of Biggies Rhymes Gonna Come Out Your Fat Lips

"Fuck Jay-Z"

There are two things that are going to go down here. I want to post two of the other best diss tracks that there are. A little history. Its funny that two of the best are against Jay.

There is no order here and they are really just my opinion.

Nas - Ether
2 Pac - Hit Em Up
Cam - You Got To Love It Beyonce

Nas killed Jay so bad that "Ether" has become a word for a diss.

2 Pac really goes at Biggie so fucking serious. Like wow. Its shocking to hear this, no one raps like this. The beat is way up tempo but Pac is talking about cuttin up Big and shit.

As for Cam, there is nothing to really say that hasn't been said already.

I will have to give today to Cam yet again. He beat Jay again for a second day. Jay is flatlined. Seriously, if he is going to do something it needs to happen real soon. Cam was on Hot 97 again this morning. He set the record straight again. Cam has been all over the radio the last two days and Jay has been in hiding. And to kick it even more to Jay, the Nets lost today to Boston. Jay is havin a bad week.

Here is a racap of the radio show this mornin' via allhiphop.com

Rapper Cam'ron has further clarified his position against Island Def Jam president/rapper Shawn "Jay-Z" Carter, after the Harlem native recently released the dis track called "Gotta Love It."

Cam'ron alleged that Jay-Z's declaration of peace with Nas in October 2005, was initially meant to destroy the credibility of his own Diplomats crew.

Cam'ron told Miss Jones and the Hot 97 morning show team the culmination of his grievance in the weeks leading up to Jay-Z's "I Declare War" concert, which was hosted by rival station Power 105.

"The last straw was that station down the dial [Power 105 and] he supposed to ["declare war"], where he is supposed to be dissing everybody he had a problem with," he explained to Miss Jones, DJ Envy and others.

Jay-Z and Nas' peace treaty was applauded by the Hip-Hop community, however beef with Cam'ron and his crew has quietly festered for many years.

Prior to the "I Declare War" concert, Jim Jones publicly dissed Jay-Z to Mad Linx when he was the host of BET's "Rap City."

"When [Jay-Z] became the President, that was our way out [of Def Jam]. We not with it at all, ya dig, and if you wanna go statistically, not even on just the fire part, just statistically, we sold more records than everybody up at Roc-A-Fella every time we came out with an album," Jim Jones said on air. "Why would we be with somebody that sell no records statistically? The Roc is over. It's more like a cubic zirconium. The diamond is crumbled."

Cam'ron also said problems arose when Jay-Z discovered plans to appoint him President of Roc-A-Fella, a position he turned down due to a disagreement over his proposed yearly compensation.

Cam'ron also denied that he slept with Jay-Z's girlfriend Beyonce, although he insinuated an act took place in his freestyle dis.

"This ain't noting personal toward her, but I know what hurts his heart," he said.

Still Cam'ron admitted that this was a war of words, not one he hoped would end in violence.

"At the end of the day, I don't want any violence. I'm trying to avoid it. It don't even make sense to do violence, we just trying to do music," Cam admitted.

Jay-Z wasn't available for comment at press time.

Jay-Z come out come out wherever you are. Now this is starting to remind me of when Yokozuna put Undertaker in a coffin and then Undertaker went into hiding for about a year or so.

Score:
Camron 2

Tru-Life versus....40 Cal?

Photo by Big V. Good look!

There is not too much real news happenin right now (I do have some new music to throw up). I imagine Cam is dealing with jail stuff. But I do have some Jay-Z rumors. I don't want to spread rumors, but since it is considered news. I feel it is worth throwing up.

Some rumors put Jigga in the studio right now getting a track together. Others say that Tru-Life will be unleashed for this. Tru-Life is signed by Jay and really hasn't done much except for not show up when he was supposed to play with Ghostface here. From what I have heard by Tru-Life 40 Cal could take him on. Tru-Life does infact have beef with Juelz and it would make sence that Jigga would use this to spotlight Tru-Life. Tru-Life is associated with jackin shit from Mobb Deep while they were in the studio a while back. It is unclear whether it was him or his clique that were involved in this. Either way Tru-Life is ready to take aim.

The "I Declare War" Concert has become a very intersting issue as of late. Kay Slay said that Jay was looking for "things" from Cam's past and couldn't really come up with anything and thus it turned into the "I Declare Peace with Nas" concert. So we will see what comes around this time. I am starting to think that Jay might not even really get involved in this. I mean he is "retired" and he is the president of Def Jam. Hopefully Jay learned a little something from his beef with Nas. Jigga used everyone for the Nas beef, Sigel, Young Gunz, Freeway and Oschino and Sparks. And Nas took him down with "Ether" alone. So we shall see, I think Jay might fear what the Dips can do and that Cam most likely hasn't even released his best track.

On to something else pertaining to Cam vs Alf.

I was reading through the lyrics to "You Got To Love It Beyonce aka Down With The King" and I was struck by the Charlie Baltimore line. I know that Charlie Baltimore is no stranger to getting thrown into diss tracks. See Eminem vs Ja Rule.

But why now, and what is her story with Jay? I did a little resarch. I found out that her real name is..Tiffany Lane. Does this ring a bell? It did right away with me.

Let me refesh: From The Black Album
But the allure of the game, keeps callin your name
To all the Lauras of the world, I feel your pain
To all the Christies in every cities and Tiffany Lanes
We all hustlers, in love with the same thang--Allure

I just thought this was interesting, and I wanted to pass it along.

Cam with Fat Joe, T.I. Bub B - No Problems Remix

I will keep throwing these old tracks up top.

Cam interview with Kay on Hot 97 Drama Hour 1/19**NEW**(last segment only 10 minutes long)
Cam - You Gotta Love It Beyonce (new intro)
Cam - You Got To Love It Beyonce (Old Intro)
Cam interview with Kay 1/18
Cam - Swagger Jackin'
Cam - Oh What a Night

Its like when Macho Man Randy Savage would come out and talk shit about Hulk Hogan, everyone waited for Hogan to come out. Looking at the curtains, waiting to hear the music, waiting..waiting for round two.

Killa going to Jail.

Last part of interview listed below. Cam had to leave the interview for a little, he wansn't on the phone the entire time, but I do have the last ten minutes below.

It sucks not being able to listen to what went down on Hot97 in the first part of the interview. I have been hitting refesh on quite a few pages trying to get the story. Until I have a full file to post what I have here will have to do. Let me go over some things that have gone on with Kay Slay tonite on the Drama Hour.

The word is that Cam is going to Jail for parole violations or something for 30 days.

Cam had some great things to say you ain't gotta like him or dipset, but you gotta feel what he is doin and how hot his diss is. He said he don't care if you call him a pink rocking fag, just admit his diss is hot.

Cam isn't trying to gain a fan. He just wants people to listen to the facts.

Hopefully I will have a full file of the radio show soon. But till then file will do..

Earlier in the hour.
Cam said the song that has been called "You Got To Love It Beyonce" is actually called "Down With the King"
Cam will wait for round two till Jay steals some of his lines.
Cam shouts to Santana who just went gold and then goes on to say "forget everyone at DefJam except for La Reid"
Kay says he rides with Cam because Jay never did anything for his hood.
They introduce a song off Killa Season called "MEGATRON"

Nothing to throw up yet. I will take care of that tomorrow.
Day 1 goes to Cam. Nothing from Jay. Jay hasn't even said a word yet.

Score:
Camron 1
Jay-Z 0

I can't believe so many people are hatin' on Cam. I keep reading about how it was a stupid move. How? He also got him worse than Nas did. Jay can't say anything, I mean he can. He can talk about Purple and Pink. Seriously. I was listening to the Beyonce song with Cam a few weeks ago thinking about how funny this is that she is on there.

The Writer of Writer's

First off I want to thank Big V for all the help. That fine PSP styled Still Listen To Gangsta Music logo up there is his doing. Always hard work great work from "Spleen Man" and all he wants in return is a XL Purple Prince shirt (any ideas Minneapolis).

I still can't get JR out of my head, so he gets the first real post on the new look SLTGM site. The DVD I watched last night contained such a hot freestyle. He ended with this piece about Jordan and Pippen, and saying something like "without me a piece of shit like Pippen without Jordan". I wanted to throw up some hot JR shit..so I searched and searched and I found the hot shit.

JR Writer - Get Em Girls Part 2

Rumors are a buzz on the internet that Juelz slapped someone at Def Jam. A person who saw it said "Juelz socked [guy] in the jaw for little to no reason. He did catch him with a good one.”

Good Look.

Lost tonite. I'm Shook.

The Heart of New Orleans

New look over here, I'll tell you all about it tomorrow:

I never thought I would throw up a Avant track on here. But it doesn't really count because "The Best Rapper Alive" spits all over it. Now, I know it might be a little early for Wayne to be sayin' this. I don't agree with him and I do think its a little crazy to say. But fuck it, he said it and i'm talkin about it. I am even thinkin about it.

Avant Feat Lil Wayne and Jermaine Dupri - U Know What

Speaking of the best rapper alive, how about an alt version of Best rapper alive. I kinda like this one better.

Lil Wayne - Best Rapper Alive Part 2

I love how wayne goes off on pussy about 3 minutes in.

I'm not going to stop there, dipset is gonna take a back seat to those wayne posts. I was going to try to wait to throw this Dip shit up till Thursday, but I couldn't (so don't hate if I throw up a Joe Buddens track). I just finished watching the All Access Dipset DVD. It was all hype, the best part was the massive promo for Killa Season. I got so sick of Hell Rell talking about his record, when 40 Cal came on at the end I had just about enough. I was diggin Bezel though. Its great that it is ok for Cam to drive drunk.

They are seriously the best out, as much as Hell Rell bugs me he is still the shit. This song is good, Cam and Juelz are crazy on it, wait I feel like I have said that before.

Cam, Juelz and Jimmy - Drama

Oh and Juvie, pay your fucking child support.

Also, if anyone has the Lil Wayne cribs on any format you will get a very special Still Listen To Gangsta Music Prize. The only catch is you need to get a copy to me.

Drama.

Happy MLK Day.

This is what happened when I played these three song, neighbors came out and started dancing.

I don't know much about this song. It can't be too old because it would be all over radio. Maybe it is actually, I have not been listening to the radio too much (Carter 2 must first exit my CD player). He looks like he is 16, I can justify listening to that Chris Young song because Juelz is on it. This one I won't really be able to explain. Speaking on Chris Young, its obvious that Young isn't his last name. Was he confused when it came to the question, either you are a young or a lil. Maybe he could have been Chris Little.

Young Leek - Shake it N' Jiggle It

I need to remember to keep up on this new Lil' Flip record. I know its going to be the shit. Amazon lists the release date as Jan 1st 2010. I don't know if this is some kind of joke. But some of us actually want to know. I have a sampler with like 10 tracks on it. That record is going to be so fuckin' hot. This track is produced by Scott Storch...its for the ladies.

Lil Flip - Tell Me

and then.

Obie and Game. Explain this to me. Are these two down? Best out?
Shady and Black Wall Street.

Obie Trice and Game - Up In The Hood

Be Easy Ghost

These MP3's have been sitting on my computer for a minute now. I wasn't initially going to throw them up on here but the requests kept being directed at me. First it was HOG and then Forest. I sent them to HOG and when Forest asked for them I figured the streets must really want these.
People have already been reporting already about the Ghostface Doll, which does look amazing. The tracklisting for Fishscale has also been released, if you ask me I am thinkin it looks kinda backpackin', but who am I to judge. HOG posted some real good Ghostface stuff a few days back in the comments.

I am also going to put up some of the hottest Lil Wayne steeze you might ever see. You can't download it, you can only view it off this site. Holla at me if you find an Mpeg of it. So I can watch it over and over again.

Ghostface - Like That

Ghostface feat Trife da God - Milk Em'

MTVnews is reporting on some serious Cam news (as predicted here a few weeks ago):
Killa Season should have started next month, but Cam'ron has pushed back the release of his new album and movie until April, according to his rep. ... The same goes for Busta Rhymes. The rapper announced on New York radio station Hot 97 Wednesday morning (January 11) that his new album, The Big Bang, is now coming out in April as well.
Poor Busta, its too bad he has to drop his album around Killa Season.
and now for the Lil Wayne content:

Banks Is Cooler Than The Other Side of The Pillow

I have tinkered around with G-Unit posts from time to time. They usually don't go over too well. I guess G-Unit is so 2003. Most of the last year I have agreed with that. Last week I was all over the Get Rich or Die Tryin' soundtrack. Its really fucking good. Lloyd Banks kills on it. I remember how pumped I was about his record Hunger For More. It really only has like 3 hot songs on it, thats about when I think G-Unit fell off. But Buck came back and really but out a great record. Something has been off with G-Unit. I still think Banks has the most potential. Anyone have any idea what the fuck they do to his voice? I was really pissed that Banks wasn't there when I had lunch with 50 last year so I could have asked him. I would have loved to meet him (no homo), although kickin' it with Oliva was all good.

So rumors about a Paul Wall and Kool G singing to G-Unit are starting to come to head as result of this collab. Its hot, and I would have never thought the three of them would fit on a track. But they do. Its all good.

Lloyd Banks feat. Paul Wall and Kool G Rap- I Got It Made

Besides "Window Shopper" and "Hustlers Ambition" this is the hottest shit off the Get Rich soundtrack. I don't think the orignial three have sounded this hot in a long time together in a long time, maybe since "Stunt 101". Its weird that they hid this on the soundtrack. They are back here, back to what they do best, being hard.

Lloyd Banks feat 50 Cent and Young Buck - You Already Know

With albums promised by Banks and Buck this year I expect some decent G-Unit summer jams. Which is what I like to hear.

I read this lil wayne interview this morning. Its fucking brilliant. There are so many great parts to it, I can't even begin to get into it. So Focused!

This is Lil Wayne People

This morning I was all pumped I had a new mix cd to listen to on the way to work. DJ Kochese My Life is Fabolous. This was going to mark the end of the Carter 2 in my stereo. It lasted for about 4 blocks. I was back listening to "money on my mind" before my heat was even warmed up. I was thinking about this dis track I heard yesterday. I was impressed that Lil Wayne has the stones to take on the big boys. He goes after 50 and Nas with hit after hit. Wayne knows how to have fun with it. If 50 came back at wayne what the fuck would he say? You have dreadlocks? Your short? He has nothing. Wayne is in a leauge of his own right now.

Lil Wayne - You Don't Know

I don't know where this next track comes from. Jigga and Jada. I like that. I am not talkin Pinket-Smith either. D-block and Jay. Like I said I have no idea what the story is here. It is obviously from some mixtape, Jay isn't too fire on it. He comes with his usual flow. Jay needs to drop something, what ever happened to the alleged "Can I Have It Like That" freestyle he did before his "I declare peace concert?"

Jadakiss and Jay-Z - When It Comes to the Game

Capo

I was starting to feel bad. I have shown no love to Jim Jones. Please don't get me wrong, I love Jimmy. I would say I post 1 Jimmy song for every 20 Juelz and Cam. So today is going to be a Jim overload. I have been a little worried about Jim and these new tracks don't make me any less worried. I mean he is the CEO right now over there at that record label, but when was the last time we was up on a track with the Dips? Nothing on WTGHBM and so far nothing on Killa Season. He wasn't at the famous filming of Killa Season either. What the fuck is going on? He isn't on these tracks either. The last time I saw Jim with the dips was when Cam got shot. So it is a good thing he was there, but still. I was listening to Crunk Muzik the other day. I was like wowah. This was it. This was the time. They were fucking hot right there. Jim, Juelz and Cam. I want those three to blaze it up again. I don't doubt that they will.

Until then we have these songs off the new Kay Slay mix tape.

Jim Jones - To High To Get Over

Jim Jones feat Stack Bundles and Max B - Cold Rockin'

Jim Jones feat Mel Matrix - New York City Boyz

I heard a Real Audio of Jim and Freezy doing Get Em Girls. I guess the song was given to Jimmy before Cam. Its really nice to hear. I will get an MP3 up as soon as I get one. Here is the link. Remember real audio?

I need some reasons to stop listening to the Carter 2, I can't stop.

It's Like The Whole Byrd Gang's In Here

Thats how the gangsta's do it. Real Shottas.
I haven't really devoted an entire post to the byrd gang in a while.
Its been a minute and I am real sorry. I just wanted to wait till I had some real nice things to throw up before I started to clutter the area. Nah Mean?

This is the year. I really think so. Prediction in '06.
Killa Season is supposed to be only a month away (not gonna happen). This record will be a summer album. Its easy. We are just going to have to wait till the summer, thats ok. I think around that time the JR record, and the Hell Rell record will also drop. Next winter new Dips album. I keep hearing rumors of vol. 6 real soon. This is just what I think. I mean maybe Cam will get things right and without Jigga messin around with his release date the album will actually come out on Valentines day, but thats only a month away.

As long as the dips keep releasing tracks like this they can push back albums as long as they want.

Ladies Love Cool James and Juelz Santana- Its LL and Santana

Cam'ron and JR - He's a Rider

I would really like a dips/cash money merger. This would be huge, I'm talking AOL/Time Warner huge. He be on Cash Money, I bleed Cash Money. I just thought that would be a nice segway into this hot Lil Wayne, Birdman unreleased track.

Lil Wayne feat Baby - High

Last night I was up late workin on a photo shoot for these new Kevin Kash shirts that are going to be available for free on Saturday. I'm tired but I am not sleepin. I will keep you informed.

My Boy, Oh My Boy

I wanted to pay a little attention to "Chase" Chad Hugo. I mean he is a mystery to me. Other than that one really bad record that he produced without Pharell. There was a time when I gave him most of the credit behind the group. I want to know what he is thinking when Skateboard is out head to toe in bape promoting the NBA. I know that Chad is married and that he didn't even play with the Neptunes when I saw them for Fly or Die. But what is really going on. And he threw me an even bigger curve when he went and did a remix to "Can I Have It like That." Now the remix is ok, you can judge for yourself. That is if you can get over the fact that for a while it just sounds like he is adjusting the sound control.

Skateboard P feat Gwen - Can I Have It Like That (Chase Chad Remix)

I really wanted to start the new year real focused and attack with a lil wayne post. Instead of that I am just going to throw up a ton of shit. I actually started working on a lil wayne post last night, it might be something that comes up later. I was called off in this middle of this as I was off to work on thangs for Saturday. I was fueld by all these lil wayne freestyles I found. But none were more amazing that this video. Wayne can freestyle. I have seen and heard lots of good freestyles, but I was floored when I saw this. My jaw dropped. I watched it again and again, and again this morning. There are two amazing points to this video.

1) Watch the host in the Cardinals outfit. When Wayne surprises him with this drop he doesn't know how to react, and the fact that it goes on for like 3 minutes makes it even better.

2) The magazine at the end. Wow.

Enough now. On with the video. Lil' Wayne on Rap City December '05

Boss told me to post this J-Young song yesterday. I didn't actually get around to it. I actually wanted my Top 5 to be on top for another day. This comes from the Worldwide Legacy Presents-Hell In Harlem Part II 2005 Mixtape. The song is hot. Really hot. I would tell you more about J-Young, but nothing would really contribute to you downloading it. Trust me. Just download it.

J-Young- Up In Harlem Down On Broadway

There has been lots of Lost talk going on over the past couple of weeks. I watched every episode a second time over xmas break and now podcasts are invoved from Mr. Clucks site. Boss and his lil lady are watching them now. My dvd's of season two are getting so much action, when they finish a disc the completed disc is picked up from our house. And lots has been said about season two but nothing better than what my friend Nichole floated in my email box this morning.

"I don't know what to think about all this. I mean, when Michael was saying good-bye to Walt in the second episode, his wife was wearing a Marc Jacobs shirt that first, I tried to buy, but could not find in my size for the life of me and, second (though perhaps because of relevant import, itshould have been listed first) was from the spring 2005 line. Are we tobelieve, then, that everything we see occurs in some sort of near-future?I'm just saying, don't use recognizable pseudo-couture."

One final note, put away your Free Gucci Mane shirts. Murder Charges Dropped!
